Clement Nhuvunga is the visionary founder and Executive Chairman of Malate Holdings, providing strategic leadership and direction across the Group’s diversified investment portfolio. With extensive experience in investment strategy, supply chain management, corporate governance, and business transformation, he has been instrumental in establishing and growing businesses that create sustainable value and contribute to economic development across Africa.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), MCIPS Chartered Status, and multiple qualifications in Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and Contract Law. This multidisciplinary foundation equips him with the expertise to navigate complex business environments, identify growth opportunities, and lead strategic acquisitions and investments. As Executive Chairman, Clement drives the Group’s vision, fosters strategic partnerships, and champions sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all portfolio companies.

Dr. Mike Malatji is a qualified medical doctor and a registered professional with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). He is also a member of the South African Society of Occupational Medicine (SASOM), reflecting his commitment to advancing occupational health and workplace wellness standards.

As Executive Director responsible for healthcare operations within the Group, Dr. Malatji combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative and sustainable health solutions. With extensive experience in occupational health, corporate wellness, and health systems strengthening, he integrates evidence-based medical practice with workplace health strategies that enhance employee wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and organisational performance.

His leadership continues to position the Group as a trusted provider of comprehensive occupational health and wellness services.

Ms. Nhlamulo Nhuvunga serves as the Director: Administration, providing strategic leadership across administration, human resources, and business development. She plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening organisational capacity, and supporting the Group’s growth objectives across its diverse portfolio of businesses. Her responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions, implementing people management strategies, and ensuring effective corporate governance practices that support sustainable business performance.

Nhlamulo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), further enhancing her expertise in legal compliance and corporate governance. Her blend of legal knowledge and business acumen enables her to support strategic decision-making, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of Malate Holdings.
